Beauty | Vassen Ifairy Pretty Crystal Blue Circle Lenses Review

Hello everyone! Another sparse post, I do apologise, but working full time as well as doing college three nights a week, on top of a private tutor all to get into University is taking up the vast majority of my time. That and playing Tomb Raider...

How are you all? It was my work's Christmas Party on Friday, and after taking full advantage of Pinky Paradise's Black Friday sale a week or two back, I decided to try out one of my new four pairs of circle lenses! I wore my new blue pair, the Vassen Ifairy Pretty Crystal Blue lenses. They're a brand I'd never heard of but they were the most popular blue pair out of all the blue lenses with a large diameter they had on sale, so I decided to give them a go. I'm very glad I did!

They looked a lot more natural than I was originally expecting. I think this was mainly due to the dark lighting at the party; if I wore them during the day time I'm pretty sure everyone would be able to tell. I forgot to take a comparison picture of my eye size compared to wearing the lenses, but if you've read my other circle lens review I'll just say that these are around the same size if not a tiny bit smaller, but obviously still big enough to make my eyes pop! ヽ(゜∀゜)ノ

These are the ones I bought:

And here's how they look on:

Without flash

With flash; see what I mean about really being able to tell in proper light?

Full face without flash (please bear in mind I hadn't done my hair yet)

And the finished look, with flash.

I do really love these lenses. I've always wanted blue eyes, and actually sort of not really considered that surgery which removes the brown iris, revealing the blue one underneath. Yeah, bet you didn't know that, did ya (^_−)−☆

I think that I'm going to save these lenses for nights out only. They're enough to make a difference without looking freaking weird like they would in broad daylight; I think that my only gripe would be that they don't blend that well, but that's more just 'cause I'm trying to put blue over hazel, it's not the lenses fault ahahhaa.

I can't wait to try out my green and grey Geo lenses, so stay tuned for them if you like my Circle Lenses reviews (○^ω^)

Anime | Currently Watching: Log Horizon (ログ・ホライズン)

I don't even remember how I stumbled across this anime, but basically I've just started watching this new anime series by the name of Log Horizon (ログ・ホライズン). It's really good! I'm really enjoying it so far, and according to Twitter so are quite a few other people, and for good reason! I'm up to episode seven at the moment, and I'm most definitely going to watch it all the way through to the end.

The show revolves around a young man by the name of Shiroe, who is one of millions to play the global MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) Elder Tale (エルダー・テイル). During the game's twelfth expansion pack update Novasphere Pioneers (ノウアスフィアの開墾), the thirty thousand Japanese gamers and several thousand worldwide players that are all logged on at the time of the update, find themselves transported into the game itself! Shiroe, and every other player, awakes to find himself in the body of his avatar, an Enchanter with the powers to cast superb support spells. He quickly teams up with his in-game friends Naotsugu, a Guardian with an "open pervert" disposition whom he was in the Debauchery Tea Party with, and Akatsuki, a beautiful Assassin with a penchant for kneeing Naotsugu in the face when he makes his perverted comments, who has helped Shiroe complete many raids before now.

Since everyone became trapped, the world of Elder Tale has taken a turn for the worse; players have started fighting players, and have begun teaming up and forming large guilds in order to protect themselves from other players and guilds, and to also make a bid for becoming in charge of the world. This is what I've gathered so far, but mostly I've just enjoyed watching this trio adventure across the land, helping out friends and people where they can, and trying to convince Shiroe of the benefits of forming a guild, who is supremely against joining any, or forming one of his own.

So far, I can't get enough of this series. It's funny, amazing to watch in terms of visuals at least, and watching Shiroe and the others learn how to use their game moves in what is now real life is actually really interesting. I can't even explain how much Elder Tale has made me want to join an MMORPG again (I may have created another little 10 day free trial account on World of Warcraft again, and no, I'm not sorry), because to be quite honest I think I'd love it if I got sucked into a game world! Log Horizon really is captivating in terms of both story and characters, and I personally love the concept, I think it's fucking ingenious, and really unique. Overall, 10/10, would bang. I can't wait for the next episode!

Overall:

Plot: ♥♥♥♥♥
Characters: ♥♥♥♥♥
Visuals: ♥♥♥♥♥
Audio: ♥♥♥♥♥

Recommendation:Yes! If you love gaming, unique storylines, and characters you can really get along and empathise with, then Log Horizon is the anime series for you, no doubt about it. It's fun, funny, and full of fantasy, which is just perfect for me :)

Have you watched Log Horizon? Are there any anime series you love or would like to recommend?

Beauty | Geo Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown (Bambi Series) Circle Lenses Review

Long time no see! I won't waste your time whining on about why I haven't been able to blog for the past month or so, but during this time I finally managed to get my greedy mitts on a pair of circle lenses from Pinky Paradise! I've wanted a pair for aaaaaaages, and I finally had a spare bit money and an occasion for trying them out: a Halloween party!

I always knew exactly what I wanted my first pair of circle lenses to be. I wanted the largest brown ones I could find so that they could blend in with my natural eye colour, and not be too noticeable. I wanted to be able to put them in, maybe add a little mascara, and feel like I'd done my eye make-up in a way, y'know what I mean? Put my lenses in, and feel ready to go without doing a full face of make-up. Now, I bought the Geo Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown lenses from the Bambi Series, so that wish didn't turn out exactly how I planned it, because these lenses are way too big to get away with every day wear as they're 15.0mm, the largest size lenses you can buy. I think that the next time I invest in a pair of lenses (which will hopefully be soon as they're ace :D), I'll treat myself to a pair of 15.00mm violet/blue/green lenses, as well as a pair of 14.8mm or 14.5mm brown lenses which I can get away with using for every day wear without them being too noticeable.

These are the ones I bought:

And here's how they looked on! Forgive the pictures, they recommend putting the lenses in before putting on make-up so as to lesson the risk of contaminating them, so please enjoy my awful bare face and still damp hair pre-party get up. Here are a couple for comparison between the lens and my regular, boring eyes ahahaha.

Without flash, one lens in on right eye (my left aha)

With flash, lens in right eye for comparison.
My eye looks wicked pink and sore, but that's my bad, it took me so long to get the lens in because I'd never put even a regular contact lens in my eye before, that the lens completely dried out and caused a bit of irritation when I finally managed to put it in.

Anddd the finished result, minus flash, plus make-up :)

Bonus picture of me drunk at said Halloween party... I'm so attractive.

Overall, I love these lenses! As soon as I (finally) managed to put them in, I felt like a freaking anime character. It was insane. The enlargement is off the charts, they were comfortable to wear all night long, and despite the contrast between my real eye colour and the colour of the lens when I take a picture with flash, in real life they blend in so well! I can't wait to try more colours when I get a bit of spare money, and I'm looking forward to wearing them on a night out with my friend Ashleigh this Saturday, we're going out 'cause it's her birthdayyyyyyyyyyy :) Any Fallowfield/Manchester-based bloggers, hollaaaaaaaaaaa!

Have you tried Circle Lenses? Are you interested in trying them out? Let me know!

Anime | Just Watched: Shingeki No Kyojin (進撃の巨人) / Attack on Titan

Yet another anime I found via the use of Tumblr, Shingeki No Kyojin (進撃の巨人), otherwise known as Attack on Titan, is fucking amazing. If I was wearing socks, it could have literally blown them off. Everyone has been blowing up about this series, and it's soooooooo easy to see why; it's genuinely incredible. I just watched the last episode of the season, and all I can say is that I hope they make a second one, because I accidentally read a spoiler from the manga series and it was a damn good twist that needs to be seen!

Shingeki no Kyojin revolves around a boy called Eren Yeager, the girl his family took in, Mikasa Ackerman, and their friend Armin Arlert. They and the rest of human civilisation live inside fifty metre tall walls, built over a hundred years ago to protect them from the Titans; giant, humanoid creatures that love nothing more than devouring humans. After living in peace and protection from the Titans for over a century, their peace is shattered in an instant when one day, a sixty foot Titan and an Armoured Titan destroy the most outer walls, allowing the usual Titans to flood into Eren's town, eating everyone they can get their disgusting hands on.

After suffering loss from the ruins of his home, Eren swears revenge against the Titans, and enlists in military training, with the aim of becoming a member of the Survey Corps. Otherwise known as the Recon Corps or Scouting Legion, this group of elite soldiers are the only members of humanity who dare to venture outside of the walls, utilising the military Manoeuvre Gear to take down Titans, sometimes bringing them back for scientific study in the hopes of learning more about them. Graduating in the top ten of his military class, alongside Mikasa and Armin, and with the threat of new and even more lethal Titans, Eren and his friends join the Survey Corps, with Eren's heart burning with revenge...

Essentially, this series is THE SHIT. Every man and his dog seems to have been watching this, and I have fucking loved every second of it from start to finish. It keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through each episode, it's jam-packed with major adrenalin rushes and oh my god THE FEELS. I was cheering for Eren every step of the way, I think he's a fantastic main character and a gorram (bonus points if you know where that word's from) amazing protagonist! I was fucking addicted to this series, I'm genuinely gutted that it's over and I can promise you this, the second that I get some free time I'm going to start reading the manga series as it's still ongoing. I'm praying to who the hell knows what for a second series, and I'm keeping my ear to the ground!

Overall:

Plot: ♥♥♥♥♥
Characters: ♥♥♥♥♥
Visuals: ♥♥♥♥♥
Audio: ♥♥♥♥♥

Recommendation: FUCK YES!!! If you like anime even a smidgen then why the hell aren't you watching this?? It's amazing, there are practically no words for it, I've genuinely struggled writing this blog post and have made up for the lack of actual sentences with swear words (as I do in real life), because it's just AWESOME. That's pretty much all there is to it! It's a heavy duty and hard hitting anime series, and I almost wish I hadn't ranked others I'd watched so highly, because this outranks all of them with ease. Full marks in all departments. Go Eren!!

Have you watched Shingeki no Kyojin? Do you like anime? Let me know! :)

Beauty | Dolly Wink (ドーリーウインク) Ebay Wishlist (Japanese Cosmetics)

I've started a new job. This new job means a pay rise. I've also finished my 100 day spending ban (woohoo!). I think you can all guess what this means... Ahahahaha so basically I get paid in a few days, so I thought I would narrow down the list of cosmetics I want to try out, and one brand I've always wanted to try is the Japanese cosmetics brand Dolly Wink (ドーリーウインク). Below are my favourite picks from eBay (mainly chosen for free/super cheap shipping), so enjoy!

Koji Dolly Wink Eyebrow Pencil

Koji Dolly Wink Lower Eyeliner Pencil

Koji Dolly Wink Eyelashes by Tsubasa Masuwaka in #11 Pure Sweet

Koji Dolly Wink Eyelashes by Tsubasa Masuwaka in #9 Natural Dolly

Koji Dolly Wink Eyelashes Case

Out of this list, I think the item I want the most is a pair of the false eyelashes. I'm still too lazy to wear make-up to work (I wore it for the first week of my new job then gave up; sleep and studying take higher priority then spending half an hour slapping make-up on my face in the mornings), so I think that if I have a pair of those natural-looking falsies I have included in my wishlist above, they might just do the trick enough to give my eyes a little extra oomph without looking overdone.

This month, I also plan to get a pair of circle lenses and some decent skincare if I don't spend too much money when I go to London this weekend. All I really want right now is clear skin and beautiful big eyes. Is that too much to ask?? I guess I'll find out when I assess October's budget post-London. I have a feeling I'm going to be quite poor ahahahah!

Do you like Dolly Wink or Japanese cosmetics? What do you think of them? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Fashion | Lip Service (リップサービス) Autumn & Winter 2013 Collection (Japanese Fashion)

Concept: Glossy Rich. All pictures taken from the Lip Service official website's Autumn & Winter 2013 Collection. The below are my favourite picks.

Ooooh, Lip Service have definitely found a new fan with me thanks to this collection! On a weird note, I like how much the blonde model looks kind of like Dara from 2NE1 in the first picture ahahaha.

The colourings are really nice! Blacks and greys are my safety colours, plus I love wearing smarter wear. Some of the items look tailored, for instance the pair of black trousers in the fourth picture, and I love the clean lines and cuts of some of the dresses and skirts. Plus, thigh high boots? Yes please! Although I'm not too sure how they would go down in England... probably not very well, sadly enough.

I love pretty much everything in this collection. I love the jackets and coats, I love the dresses, the two piece sets are to die for, as are the skirts!! Everything in this collection looks smart but sexy, and I think that's a perfect combination. And here ends my short but sweet review, with pretty much the entire collection in my wishlist ahahaha. Need moneys now, please!! $$$

Sorry for the long gap between blog posts again, my arm isn't healing as well as I would have liked meaning it's hard to type for long periods of time, and seeing as that's what I do all day as a job, it was too hard to blog. Plus college has just started back up again so my schedule is all out of whack and ugh! Real life getting in the way of my virtual one :')

What do you think of Lip Service's collection? Do you like Japanese fashion? Let me know, I have a couple more of these posts waiting to go up and it's Autumn already ahaha, need to get them out quick!

Manga | Currently Reading: Kimi ni Todoke (君に届け)

Kimi ni Todoke (君に届け), or From Me To You in English, is one of the sweetest mangas I have ever read. I'll admit right now that I'm actually a big Yaoi fan in terms of love stories, I find that they're a lot sweeter than most Shoujo I've encountered, and they tend to get to the point quicker. I'm very biased as I haven't found much Shoujo to really capture my interest with the storyline or characters, but then I found Kimi ni Todoke when browsing Tumblr, and it's changed my whole perspective... or at least become the exception.

The series revolves around a girl named Sawako Kuronuma, nicknamed Sadako by her classmates as she resembles the girl from the film The Ring, and in fact tends to creep everyone out in general thanks to her looks and saying things that become misunderstood. However, the most popular and wanted boy in her year, Shota Kazehaya, somewhat unintentionally takes her under his wing despite the supernatural and scary rumours surrounding her. Thanks to him, Sawako breaks out of her shell little by little, and manages to make friends with the girls Ayane Yano and Chizuru Yoshida, as well as have her classmates recognise that she isn't scary or creepy.

Along the way, this shy but incredibly sweet girl finds herself in a world where she isn't feared or avoided by her classmates, and she can actually start to make friends, all thanks to Kazehaya. Sawako finds herself becoming more and more happy as she spends more time with Ayane, Chizu, and also Kazehaya. Before she even knows it, an innocent love for her idol Kazehaya has sprouted, but will she ever overcome her shyness and be able to tell him without being misunderstood?

There was too much text, so I thought I might as well stick the anime opening of it in here to break it up a little. It was my first time seeing Sawako animated ahahaha, it looks kind of weird to me! :') To start things off, I suppose, I should just come right out and say that I love this manga series. It's the absolute sweetest, I really care for all of the characters and I'm so glad it's an ongoing series, I don't want it to end! (Ignoring the fact that I haven't caught up yet). Each and every character is given back story, love interests, a complex situation to handle, etc., showing that they're not just back up for the main story arc. They each have their own lives, memories, and interactions, and I love that this manga takes the time to do this, as I now genuinely care deeply for how each character's lives are turning out.

This series really struck a chord with me. Sawako being given the chance to make friends and be liked by all her classmates thanks to the popular boy [idol] Kazehaya is kind of every lonely high school girl's dream. I was most definitely the awkward girl in high school, I only had one or two friends and my interests were a lot different from the popular crowd's. I've grown up kind of accepting that I will most often be alone, and I would have given anything for my own Kazehaya ahahahaha, which is probably why I like Kimi ni Todoke so much! Every lonely high school girl deserves a Kazehaya :)

One point I'd like to make is that it's slow in terms of plot development. That's the only frustration that's struck me so far. Hence why I'm recommending it as a manga series; you can choose the pace of the storyline. Storyline pacing can get really messed up with some anime, and you can waste a few episodes without the plot developing or the situation ever getting to the point, whereas with a manga you can read it as quickly as you want, and not have to sit there for twenty minutes shouting at the screen (not that I ever do that...).

Plot: ♥♥♥♥♥
Characters: ♥♥♥♥♥
Artwork: ♥♥♥♥♥

Recommendation: PLEASE READ THIS. This is probably my first experience with any Shoujo series, I normally go for either action-packed Shounen/Josei or intriguing Shounen Ais with incredible plots, so this is probably not the most experienced opinion, but I love it, I'm incredibly addicted and read some every day. My heart genuinely catches in my throat sometimes, and I would recommend the manga because I'm pretty sure the anime skims over a lot of the little things, and you should never skip the little things! It's beautifully drawn, it's heartfelt and interesting, and now on a pedestal for all future Shoujo series to be measured up against.

 - - - -

On a side note, I would like to apologise for my lack of blogging this past week or so. I had a minor operation on my arm (superficial, nothing to worry about), and as such haven't been able to use it mainly. It's still sore, and it hurts to type after a few minutes, so I'll probably keep my blogging to a minimum until after I get my stitches out on Friday. Sorry for any of you who read frequently! :) I'm also currently whacked up on cold medicine, so another apology in case this post was written weirdly aahahahah :')

Have you read this manga? What do you think of Shoujo series?

Fashion | Liz Lisa (リズリサ) Autumn 2013 Collection (Japanese Fashion)

Concept: Royal Wonderland French Retro & Pop. All pictures taken from the from the Liz Lisa Kawaii Magazine on the Liz Lisa official website.

Liz Lisa is of course slightly iconic when it comes to gyaru fashion, practically everyone has heard of this brand so of course I had to take a sneaky peek at their Autumn and Winter Collection! I love it! It's oh so cute but still with a mature style, and I love the colours that they've been using, particularly the mauve-toned browns in their checked dresses. I also love the brown and cream-toned beiges and camel colours they've used, everything looks so nice!

The things I particularly love are the checked dresses and shorts, I think they're absolutely adorable and really versatile, you could dress them up or down for day or night, office wear, you name it. I'm not a fan of getting my legs out at any time so I'd of course wear tights with them, but I think that'd still be fitting as it's an A/W collection, and going bare legged in a British Winter is not a possibility ahahahaha. I think the jump suits would be more suitable for the cold weather with the long pant legs, plus they're just amazing; they look so smart but so stylish, I'd feel happy wearing one of them any time of the day :) The jackets are super cute as well, although I'm not as big a fan of the trench coat sadly, but that's just my personal taste in coats, I'm more of a black and boring coat girl ahaha.

I want to take this whole separate paragraph to talk about the shoes in this collection. I don't normally go gaga over shoes, I've only worn two pairs this whole year, but OH MY GOD. Those shoes look gorgeous!! I'm a massive fan of the platforms you can see in the first few pictures, but then I'm also a massive fan of the wedges and platform trainers in the next few pictures. There are shoes in this collection for any and every occasion, and I want them all!! Someone buy me those platform heels and platform trainers, pretty please :'( </3

I'd say Liz Lisa were more renowned for their super cute, super frilly, more Hime gyaru style. However, I feel now that the design of Liz Lisa's clothing has matured slightly over the years, and while there is still some lace, the lack of it in this collection compared to some of their previous ones is quite stark, and there's only fluff on a couple of pairs of shoes as far as I can see. I managed to find an image of Liz Lisa's 2009 Autumn & Winter Collection for comparison, which you can see below.

Practically every single item in the image above has lace on it, and there's fur lined coats, hats, boots, neck warmers, etc., and the brown colour theme is a lot darker, although there a couple of smart pieces still. I'd say that this 2013 collection is leaning more towards Otana gal style, whilst still keeping everything kawaii ahahaha. Liz Lisa seem to have moved away from how they've designed and styled previous collections, such as the 2009 one above, and brought in a more mature, but still super cute range of A/W clothing.

I wrote a lot again ahahahaha, sorry!! :') What do you think of Liz Lisa's 2013 Autumn & Winter Collection? Do you like gyaru and Japanese fashion? Leave a comment and let me know! :)

Anime | Just Watched: Deadman Wonderland (デッドマンワンダーランド)

So my best friend Ashleigh came over for the Bank Holiday Weekend, and as well as devoting ourselves to vodka two nights in a row, in our semi-hungover states we managed to devour all twelve episodes of this amazing series we found called Deadman Wonderland (デッドマンワンダーランド). This series had us hooked within the first few minutes of the first episode, as it started the whole series off with a bang, and leaves you genuinely needing to watch every single episode for some clue as to how and why these events occurred.

The series revolves around a fourteen year old boy called Ganta Igarashi, whose entire class was slaughtered in front of his very eyes by a "Red Man". This Red Man embedded a red crystal within Ganta's chest as a parting gift, and left him as the sole suspect of the massacre, with Ganta being given a Death Sentence in prison for this crime. Ganta is then sent to Japan's only privately owned prison: Deadman Wonderland, a theme-park style incarceration facility...

The prison has a few ways of life, in particular the three Cs: Collars, Candy, and Cast Points. Every inmate wears a Collar that slowly injects a lethal poison into the wearer's bloodstream; three days of this and you die, unless you eat a Candy. These Candies are peculiar sweets that combat the Collar's poison, and can be acquired via various prison activities, or purchased with Cast Points. Cast Points are the prison's currency, which are also earned via prison activities. These activities are mainly spectacles for the public to enjoy, and are performed in front of live audiences, as well as involve death for a lot of the prisoners who compete.

Thankfully for Ganta, he has the help of Shiro, an odd and mysterious girl who he used to know as a small child, and who possesses amazing strength and agility, and appears to live in the prison somewhere, despite not being a prisoner. Shiro is an excellent contrast to the dark and gory aspects of this anime series, as she acts like a child, driven only by her love for Ganta and snacks. Whenever it seems like things are getting a bit too much within the prison, Shiro is there to provide childlike wonder and innocence, effectively neutralising any feelings of depression felt by Ganta (or by the audience) as best she can.

The gore is ever present within Deadman Wonderland, especially given the abilities of the Deadmen and now, thanks to the Red Man's crystal, Ganta of being blood manipulators. These Deadmen are special prisoners hidden from the rest of Wonderland, who possess the Branches of Sin, which gives them the power to transform their blood into weapons. Each of the Deadmen are forced to participate in fights to the death using their Sin in horrific one on one matches knows as Carnival Corpse, which are run by the Promoter and bid on by anonymous spectators. Despite the dog eat dog world of Deadman Wonderland, Ganta manages to befriend some of his fellow Deadmen, and continues on his hunt to find the Red Man and prove his innocence...

So, basically, Deadman Wonderland is AMAZING. Neither I nor my friend could get enough of this series, it's beyond interesting and we spent half as much time analysing every little detail as we did actually watching each episode. Its storyline is so freaking unique, and kept us guessing with every twist and turn. I've never seen an anime like this one before, and ignoring the OVA, I wish that more episodes could be made! This kind of leads me on to my next point;

As I've found with a lot of one series animes, a hell of a lot of questions go unanswered. I do wish some more things had been covered, but I feel that this may be due to the fact that they're only allotted twelve episodes to get their whole story out, and some things need to be cut in order to properly develop some characters, or to get to a semi-conclusive ending. The ending was, in fact, a really intriguing and ambiguous way to end it, they didn't just cut out some characters or abruptly end the series like I've seen with some, and instead gave it what I think is the most perfect and suitable open ending that Deadman Wonderland could get. Overall:

Plot: ♥♥♥♥♥
Visuals: ♥♥♥♥♥
Audio: ♥♥♥♥♥
Characters: ♥♥♥♥♥

Recommendation: YES. I cannot stress this enough. DW is an absolute home run. I had to add in Characters as a new category because this anime did a supremely good job at fleshing them out with a backstory, save for the one you want to learn about the most, but that was kind of the point. This anime keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through, and if you like anime, for the love of crap watch this one right now.

Have you heard of Deadman Wonderland? Do you like watching anime?

Beauty | Bellápierre Cosmetics Shimmer Eye Powder in Calm Review

eyeshadow on its own

final look

final look with flash

I very gladly received this eyeshadow from Look Fantastic after I was unable to attend their Midsummer Meet (I worked alongide the girls, I wasn't given special treatment against other bloggers). This eyeshadow is absolutely delectable, and I feel is absolutely perfect to wear for either day or night.

I've never really used a mineral eyeshadow before, but I'm definitely glad that I follow so many of you wonderful beauty bloggers who have down, as I'd read in advance to be warned of the colour payoff that you can get from them. However, this didn't stop me from looking like I had two black eyes the first time I wore this eyeshadow ahahaha :')

Thankfully this time I got the amount on that I needed, and was surprised at the lack of fallout that other bbloggers had warned of. Definitely a plus! I wasn't too sure how to use this eyeshadow at first, as you can see from the images I ended up just tipping a bit out in the lid so that I didn't spill any, and saves me from ever wasting any leftover.

Overall I'm really impressed by this eyeshadow, it lasts foreverrrrrrr! I wore this last night out for drinks with a friend, and it survived a messily drunken evening, and as I forgot to take my makeup off that night, I found it still there in the morning without even an eyelid crease! I am slightly disappointed it's not as shimmery and sparkly as the pictures with flash make it appear, but I still like it in the flesh, and something that shimmery wouldn't be suitable for day wear.

Colour: ♥♥♥♥
Payoff: ♥♥♥♥♥
Longevity: ♥♥♥♥♥

Recommendation: Yes, if you're looking for a long lasting eyeshadow that comes in a variety of gorgeous colours this is just what you need :)

You can buy it online at the Bellápierre website.
